our approach
Honestly small and deliberately flexible
Many clients turn to us following a bad experience at another agency where they always spoke with senior-level consultants, paid for senior-level consultants, but in reality, worked with junior-level consultants. With us, you will always know with whom you are working, and any third-party collaborations are done with full disclosure. Agencies usually have large teams that don’t address your needs but are made to fit because their structure must be kept intact. As a consulting firm, we provide strategic advice and build a specific team to activate your product or service.
our approach
Hypernarratives
For years, we have defined ourselves as a hypernarrative firm because we believe that every project should have an organizational principle: a unique idea that serves as the foundation for creating a solid narrative. We also believe that this narrative is inevitably connected to the rest. Just like a hypertext that contains links to other content on the internet, your product’s narrative cannot exist in isolation, but rather it must be connected to the competition and your target audience through technological, cultural, emotional, social and economic links.
our approach
People-centric
Technology is playing a fundamental role in speeding up every industry, but it is also freezing creativity. Should strategies adapt to technological standards, or can creativity and the smart use of technology become a differentiating factor? We only believe in the second theory and will happily guide you along the way. During an era of exponential technological development, the human factor will always make a difference.
our approach
Out of the loop
This sounds familiar. Businesses, governments, technology and trends seem to be experiencing shorter cycles, meaning that something we experienced recently is in style once again. This paradigm has caused projects to lose their long-term vision and instead focus solely on the short term. Our continued obsession with activations and trends results in a short-term investment spiral that creates a false sense of growth, without a strategy that directly affects a company’s longevity. LITW creates forward-looking maps based on solid and sustained growth.
our approach
Zero toxicity
We firmly believe in building a better world for tomorrow by establishing a structural balance that has a minimal impact on our actions. However, we are skeptical of the rise of greenwashing because companies can recycle but also treat their employees poorly, or place sustainable labels on products but fail to disclose the source of their operations. We pay special attention to psychological toxicity and have protocols in place to prevent abusive treatment, internally and with our partners, and in the event that we witness this type of behavior. Our view is that a successful project meets goals, makes people happier and has a minimal impact on the planet.
